    ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:
    Unfortunately, I can no longer accept cancellations on dyed-to-order items.

    RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
    Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth exchange.

    1) Return for store credit or exchange only. Knitting needles cannot be exchanged for a different size or brand.

    2) If you wish to initiate an return, please contact me within 3 days of receipt. Please let me know if you would like a store credit or an exchange, and which new item that you would like as a replacement.

    3) Mail your item back to me.  I will provide you with a return address. I must receive the item back within 2 weeks of the time you originally received your order.  Items must be returned in original condition (no smells, with original ball band, still in original condition). Sale yarns, clearance, seconds, club shipments, and custom colorways may not be exchanged.

    4) Please contact me ASAP if you feel like your item has a defect, even if you are outside of the exchange window outlined above.  

    Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling both ways, except in the cases of defective items.
